Overview

Baba Bandeva Engineers fabricates structural steel for factories, warehouses, commercial buildings and plant extensions. Our fabricators and welders work from approved drawings to produce members that fit correctly at site, which saves time during erection.

We handle both light and heavy structural work, from mezzanine frames and pipe racks to main building columns and roof trusses, and our own erection team installs what we fabricate.

How we work

1. Site survey and measurementOur supervisor visits the site, takes measurements and notes loads, access and existing structures.
2. Drawings and material listWe prepare or follow the approved drawings and work out section sizes, quantities and the fabrication schedule.
3. Cutting and fabricationMembers are cut, drilled, fitted and welded using our gas cutting sets, chop saws, drills and welding machines.
4. Surface preparation and paintingWelds are ground and cleaned, then primer and paint are applied as specified.
5. Erection at siteOur erection team installs, aligns and bolts or welds the structure in place with proper safety arrangements.
6. Inspection and handoverWe check alignment, welds and fixings with your engineer and hand over the finished work.
