Overview

We fabricate and install MS and GI pipelines for industrial utilities such as water, compressed air and other plant services. Our fitters handle cutting, bending, welding, flanging and support fabrication so lines are neat, well supported and easy to maintain.

Pipe work is often done inside working plants, so we plan routing and hot work with your maintenance team and follow site safety rules.

How we work

1. Site survey and measurementOur supervisor visits the site, takes measurements and notes loads, access and existing structures.
2. Drawings and material listWe prepare or follow the approved drawings and work out section sizes, quantities and the fabrication schedule.
3. Cutting and fabricationMembers are cut, drilled, fitted and welded using our gas cutting sets, chop saws, drills and welding machines.
4. Surface preparation and paintingWelds are ground and cleaned, then primer and paint are applied as specified.
5. Erection at siteOur erection team installs, aligns and bolts or welds the structure in place with proper safety arrangements.
6. Inspection and handoverWe check alignment, welds and fixings with your engineer and hand over the finished work.
